Matt is working here at the Imax Cinema meeting and greeting visitors as well as giving directions to tourists ... even though he still gets lost himself.

This is the area we both work in the city. Rich is freelancing at Channel 10 and the ABC.

We are flat sharing with Rich's brother Morgan.

We have finally moved in and Rich christened the flat with the first of many Aussie BBQ's.

After sleeping on a blow up mattress for a month we have finally found a flat. Count 4 up and that is our balcony! Move in on 20/02 exactly a month to the day we arrived.

Happy Valentines day! The rose came complimentary with the meal. Good job as Rich refused to buy one as he didn't want to look like all the other tacky couples.

Instead of walking, busses and trains, catching the ferry from place to place is definately the way to go.

Back in Sydney and back to the real world. Tired of job hunting, we hit the beach instead. Hmmmm . . who needs a job anyway?

Rich decided while Matt was off playing with the kangaroos he would rather chase the birds!

After Sydney we headed out into the bush . . . er . . well, Canberra. The fun stopped here. A bit of a soulless place but Matt found fun and friendship with a family of kangaroos.
